Delivery Options

We offer fast and reliable delivery across Grand Cayman to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed and processed, we will schedule for it for next-day delivery.

Delivery Timeframe

– All orders are delivered the next day after being collected from our location.
– All orders placed by 5:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
– Deliveries are available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Please note that delivery times may be affected by public holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.

Pick-Up Option

Customers who prefer to collect their order can choose to have it held at the Sprint Office (Cayman Center) for a fee of $6.00 KYD. This ensures your package is securely stored and ready for pick-up at your convenience.

– A valid phone number and delivery address is required at checkout.
– If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to contact you to arrange alternative time.-Deliveries are available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, refunds will be issued as store credit only—*NO CASH* refunds will be provided.
